  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it back to us. Please keep the tracking number for your reference.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 7 days. We will send you the correct item and provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the incorrect item.
